1. Mileage Pay – $0.80 per loaded mile, plus bonuses for tarping and extra stops.

2. Percentage Pay – Up to 30% of the line-haul rate (after permit deductions). Most drivers prefer this option since it’s based on load revenue and doesn’t depend solely on miles driven.
